Often as a business is scaling and in hyper-growth, customer/client service begins to take a back seat in the business as the infra-structure of the business is not in place to handle the growth. As a result, the business loses sales, and often clients leave as fast as they come in.

The most important thing required for a successful business is meeting the existing customers' needs and maintaining long-term relationships with them.

If a business is not good at retaining clients because of a poor client experience, the business that will not be sustainable long-term.
